How to invite a foreigner to Ukraine
The rules of entry into Ukraine for foreign citizens, first of all, depend on the country of citizenship of a person who wants to visit our state. For example, citizens of the CIS, the European Union and some other countries can enter Ukraine without a visa. The duration of stay of these citizens in Ukraine is limited to 90 days for 180 days a year.
At the same time, citizens of individual states can enter Ukraine only on the basis of visas issued at the Ukrainian consulates in their country of legal residence.
Currently existing rules, it has been established that the basis for applying for a visa to enter our country is an invitation to Ukraine from the receiving party, issued by a notary.
The most common at the moment are a private invitation and a business invitation.

Rules for obtaining Visa to Ukraine.
Obtaining of the visa to enter Ukraine is divided into two stages.
First of all, you need to obtain an official invitation from a company or individual (we can perform such service for you). This document is called the official invitation.
Then, you need to submit this invitation along with visa application form, one passport size photo and your travel document (passport) to the Ukrainian Embassy / Consulate to obtain a visa to Ukraine.
How to get a Visa to Ukraine?
STEP 1.
To receive a duly executed invitation that shall be issued by the territorial Department for Citizenship, Immigration and Registration.

According to the new rules, foreign citizens entering Ukraine for a private purpose can receive such types of visas: Short-term visa for a period of stay in Ukraine not exceeding 90 days within 180 days from the date of first entry. This visa is issued as a single, double and multi-entry visa for 6 months or for the period specified in the documents, which are the basis for obtaining of such kind of visa, but not more than for 5 years.
- BUSINESS INVITATION TO UKRAINE. INVITATION TO UKRAINE FROM A COMPANY.

STEP 2.
- Prepared invitation will be sent to your fax or e-mail in any part of the world. You can also receive your invitation at our office.
- You pay the remaining 50% for our services.
STEP 3.
- Delivery of invitations: We will send you the original invitation by express mail (extra charge) to any country of the world or will deliver free of charge to your office (within the territory of Ukraine).
